Dr. Balasubramanian has a PhD in Psychology & Post Graduate Diploma in Training & Development (apart from several diplomas in various streams, Post Graduate in Psychotherapy & counseling and Post Graduate in Education Management) US Certified NLP Master Practitioner, TA101 Certified and having an experience of over 30 years in the HR, Administration and in the area of Training and Development in the Corporate and Educational sector. He's also delivering various programs for the Educational Institutions in South India. He has been conducting FDP regularly for Colleges in Chennai and across TN. He has trained over a lakh employees (workers, supervisors and Managers) so far. He has trained over 10000 women on entrepreneurship. He has done lot of training programs for the Government of Tamil Nadu. His name has been appearing in the popular people of Tamil Nadu Directory for the past 25 years. A thought leader and renowned transformation coach – popular in the social media. He's also a prolific writer & poet in Tamil, having published several anthologies of poems and number of self-development books. He has also contributed widely through almost all private Tamil television channels (over 100 times) Doordarshan, All India Radio , Radio Mirchi (32 episodes) and print media in almost all leading magazines including the Hindu, Dinathanthi etc. He has been awarded with the cultural titles such as "Vidya Ratna Sadhanaiyalar" and “Palkalai Kalaignar".
