I know this couple (Krishna Varadharajan alias KV and Anu Rajan) who have done some amazing work in the area of training and development. They must have trained over a lakh of people (kids, parents, sales personnel and other category of employees) across Tamilnadu. KV used to appear in almost all Tamil Channels. His kids used to be managed by employees where his training programs would be on. Anu Rajan who was a central government employee took some risk in life and quit her job against various protests from friends and relatives to support her husband. Later she became an excellent trainer in Memory techniques, Mind mapping, Techniques to score 100. She also authored lots of books along with her better half. Every year the couple also travel to different towns and conduct summer camps for children during holidays very successfully. Just a week back I got a call from Anu inviting me to her center called "Sathana Knowledge Park" in K.K. Nagar. I saw the winner in her cabin. She has an absolutely stunning center for kids - day care center, tuition center, with two training halls, an excellent library etc. I know for sure - the kind of sacrifice the couple have made by continuous travel and staying in any place...eating any food...meeting any kind of challenge with lots of passion. Finally she has become a role model for many people in the State. She has enabled lots of children and parents to lead their happy life and to reach their goals by her able guidance. She is young. She is new. She is also old in terms of knowledge, experience and wisdom. Book on 'Parenting' written by her along with her husband KV has become a super duper hit.
