Using Jargon in our Business Communication - is it right or wrong?

Text is right in the right 'context' and there is no contest in our communication when we are using the right term with the right target receiver(s) ..jargons are not bad words - only best practiced or used terms - as long as it is not irritating.

'Switch' is the method to replace negative way to positive or clean language pattern..!

For example: Instead of saying I don't want to be late - we may say "I want to be on time"

Instead of saying "I don't want to argue with you" - "I agree with you"

Instead of saying "I don't want to delay" - we may say "I want to be prompt"

Instead of saying "don't forget to attach this doc" - we may say "remember to attach this important doc"...!

Our subconscious mind catches the terms used and create a mind map about the task.

At certain places simple jargons put you straight in the context rather than trying to enforce other new terms where you may have to explain more...!

Every behavior has a positive intention, and there are no failures and only feedback - says NLP.

We need to be careful with distortion, deletion and generalization in our communication
