Kannan - a rare bank employee - serves with smile

We don't get paid for the hour. We only get paid for the value we bring to the hour. We need to work for a cause because we are born for a purpose. We also work for a price - with surprise that we are improving every day. Some people become the face of their organization. Men may come and men may go....the organization goes for ever. Some people become synonymous to the organization they work for.
Mr. Kannan is the one I want to admire and appreciate today. He works for Karur Vysya Bank, Ashok Nagar branch right from its start - for the past 5 years or so. His extra ordinary service cannot be described in words. He smiles, serves and takes personal care of every customer. He takes special care of senior citizens. He is always enthusiastic and cheerful. He works like an intrapreneur (like a owner/manager). It is amazing and unbelievable. Just for his sake lots of people come to this branch. There are other old staff like Parthasarathy and Mr. Appu in this branch who model him - his enthusiasm is infectious and spreads across. Salute to this great man.
கூலிக்கு மாரடிக்கும் இந்தக் காலத்தில், வாடிக்கையாளர் தினம் தினம் அதிகரிக்கும் நேரத்தில், பலர் வருவதும் பலர் போவதுமாக இருக்கும் ஒரு வங்கிக் கிளையில் இப்படியும் ஒருவர் இருக்க முடியுமா? எப்போதும் மாறாத புன்னகை, உற்சாகம், சேவை மனப்பாங்கு, தனிப்பட்ட அக்கறை ...எப்படி முடிகிறது...! கண்ணன் என்பது இவர் பெயர். இந்த மாயக் கண்ணன் அவர்களை தேடி வராத வாடிக்கையாளரே கிடையாது. கரூர் வைஸ்யா வங்கியின் அசோக் நகர் கிளை தொடங்கிய நாள் முதலே இருக்கும் இவர் இந்த வங்கியின் ஒரு நல் முகம். கண்ணன் தான் KVB ...KVB தான் கண்ணன். சுய விளம்பரத்திற்காக செய்யாமல் சேவை மனப்பாங்கோடு வேலை பார்ப்பவர் இன்று காண்பதரிது. இவர் போல் நிறைய கண்ணன்கள் இருந்தால் மக்கள் கவலை கொள்ள மாட்டார்கள். இவர் நீடு வாழ இவர் பணி மேலும் சிறக்க, இவர் பற்பல விருதுகள் பெற வாழ்த்துகிறேன்.
