It is rare to see someone who is very much involved with the unchanged enthusiasm, energy and interest in the same act. I know Mr. Shahjahan for over 2 decades - who is the owner of Diamond Footwear in Station Road, West Mambalam. I have always seen him with natural smile, service from heart, receptive and responsive nature. Though he has an able assistant - now Miss Nandhini - there is a turnover like any other place, he attends to people personally with lots of care and respect. He almost knows each every customer with family history like a family doctor. He also knows the taste or changing taste or changing preference of the individual. Buying a footwear is now attached to emotions. We buy footwear based on our dress, occasion, purpose etc. Not like buying just one and use the same footwear for all purposes all the days - which we were used to.  This is the changed scenario. Shahjahan has picked up that thread in his business and he is successful.Mostly, his customers would like the first piece that he shows as he knows their pulse very much. He has over 2000 customers. Especially during the June/July he would be very busy with school uniform shoes, bags, socks and some other related products like pouches etc. He also has connect with the nearby schools and he distributes the discount coupons to schools well before the closure of schools in April or so. He is a seasoned business though not formally educated. He has always kept the latest models/brands and satisfies every customer with his absolute selling techniques. I have sent many of my relatives and friends with my reference and he would surely offer them 10 to 12 % discount. செய்யும் அதே வேலை அல்லது தொழிலில் உற்சாகம் குறையாமல், சக்தி குறையாமல், விருப்பம் குறையாமல் செயல்படுவது மிக அரிது. என்ன தான் சொந்த வியாபாரமாக இருந்தாலும் எல்லோரிடமும் எப்போதும் சிரித்த முகத்தோடு அவர்கள் விருப்பம், வசதி, தேவை புரிந்து வாடிக்கையாளர்களை திருப்திப் படுத்துவது சற்று கடினமான காரியம் தான். அதுவும் காலணி விஷயத்தில் எல்லாம் இன்று தலை கீழாய். காலுக்கு செருப்பு என்பது மாறி உடை, நிகழ்வு, தேவை, பட்ஜெட், பேஷன் என்று ஒவ்வொருவரும் பல்வேறு காலணிகளை வாங்குகிறோம். வீட்டிற்குள் ஒன்று, தெருமுக்கு செல்ல ஒன்று, ஆபீஸ் செல்ல ஒன்று, பார்ட்டி செல்ல ஒன்று, வாக்கிங் செல்ல ஒன்று, வாரக் கடைசிக்கு ஒன்று என்றெல்லாம் வாங்க ஆரம்பித்து விட்டதை சரியாக புரிந்து கொண்டு கடந்த 20 ஆண்டுகளுக்கும் மேலாக மேற்கு மாம்பலம் ஸ்டேஷன் ரோட்டில் டைமண்ட் பூட்வார் என்ற கடையை மிக வெற்றிகரமாக நடத்தி வருபவர் நண்பர் திரு ஷாஜஹான் அவர்கள். கிட்டதட்ட 2000 வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் இவருக்கு உண்டு. இவரில் பலரின் குடும்ப நபர்கள், அவர்கள் விருப்பங்கள் எல்லாம் இவருக்கு தெரியும். அப்படி ஒரு பர்சனல் டச் உண்டு. பள்ளி திறக்கும் சமயத்தில் யூனிபோர்ம் ஷூ, சாக்ஸ், பாக்ஸ் எல்லாம் வைத்து விற்பனை செய்வார். அதுவும் தள்ளுபடி கூப்பன்கள் பள்ளிகளில் முன்கூட்டியே கொடுத்து கிராக்கி பிடித்து விடுவதில் இவர் ஒரு கில்லாடி. முறைப்படி கல்வி பயிலாவிடிலும் வியாபார நுணுக்கங்கள் அறிந்த ஒரு புத்திசாலி. எனது நண்பர்கள் அல்லது உறவினர்கள் யாரை அனுப்பினாலும் என் பெயர் சொன்னால் குறைந்த பட்சம் 10% தள்ளுபடி தருவார். நல்ல ஒரு நண்பர். நான் தோல் துறையில் கிட்டதட்ட 20 வருடங்கள் பணி புரிந்ததால் எனக்கு இவர் நல்ல பழக்கம். இவரது மாறாத உற்சாகம், ஊக்கம், புன்னகை - அதற்காக இவரை மனதார பாராட்டுகிறேன். வாழ்க இவர் தம் அரும்பணி. பெருமையாக வீறுநடை மற்றவர் போட இவர் உதவுகிறார். தொடர்புக்கு ; 9790801295
