Raju the Savior from Fire

Of late we hear or see lots of fire accidents across the country. Primary reason is negligence, and lack of awareness to save or get saved. As the population grows in the country, and new tall buildings coming up in the rise, fire safety is becoming the first priority. Still many organizations are not having sufficient gadgets or equipment to prevent fire accidents. They also do not train their people around. Here comes Mr. Raju ( from T. Nagar - a committee member of Indian Institute of Security Management, Madras chapter) who is doing an extraordinary service in this field. He had his own firm related to fire safety. In the recent past - let us say for the past one decade he has become the popular Fire Trainer for many organizations. He goes to IT and other commercial buildings to conduct mock drills, and create awareness to people regarding fire safety and measures to save lives and properties from fire. He conducts free training seminar through sri Krishna sweets and Exnora. He also runs a Tamil magazine (a compilation of important and good information to sensitize people). He gives to people free of cost. His wife is involved in running a canteen to provide subsidized and quality food. He is admired for his selfless service. He is 60+ and yet very healthy, active.
